- Listing of the property.
- Intensive marketing of the Property by means of various media, show houses etc.
- Assisting with the Offer to Purchase process.
- Assisting with the registration process and being at the disposal of the Seller and Buyer for all enquiries.
- Ensuring that the transition of ownership is not cumbersome.
Property rental services
- Managing all of the associated paperwork and administration involved in property rental.
- Advertise property in order to find tenant.
- Thouroughly vet all applications by doing reference checks and credit checks.
- Conduct a pre-inspection and exit inspection.
- Receiving and invoicing of rentals.
- Handling overdue rentals until matter is resolved.
- Payment of water, electricity, authorised maintenance and levies on owner’s behalf, if required.
- Providing advice on legal and financial matters.
- We are registered with the Council of Debt Collectors and have a registered debt collector specifically to follow up on arrears and administer the debt collecting process.
