Our practical advice has proven to be of enormous value to our clients and has assisted many of them to better understand the complexities of living in a community scheme.

This service includes providing valuable information on:
- Assisting sectional title owners with understanding their status as such, their rights and any expectations of them.
- Legislative issues.
- Bodies corporate, their roles and responsibilities.
- The responsibilities of a managing agent.
- Steps that need to be followed in the event of non-payment, renovations, damage of property, lawsuits, and so on.
We also have a Project Manager on staff who will ably consult on the drafting and facilitation of a Maintenance Plan for the scheme. The Sectional Title Scheme Management Act No.8 of 2011 and the Community Schemes Ombud Services Act No.9 of 2011 implemented on the 07 October 2016, now legislates that a Body Corporate needs to implement a 10 year maintenance plan so as to not unnecessarily burden owners with additional levies for maintenance.
